National Park Tour

Destination: Gatlinburg.
This trip begins as we pickup at our location in Gatlinburg, TN. We travel in comfortable and eco-friendly vans to our first stop at the remains of a long-gone resort town dating back more than 100 years. We'll learn about the history of logging in the Smokies, the lives of the early Appalachian pioneers, and the founding of the national park. From here we'll travel up the mountains on one of the most scenic roads in the southeast. Along the way we'll stop at scenic overlooks for pictures, questions, and interpretation of the area. Finally we arrive at Newfound Gap and the 5,000 foot-high boarder between Tennessee and North Carolina. Here we will learn about the 2,200 mile-long Appalachian Trail and the the site where President Franklin Roosevelt gave the park dedication in 1940.

Destination: Denver.
Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the country's most visited parks. The region features breathtaking peaks in virtually every direction and an unspoiled, panoramic view of nature at its finest. Inside the Park, 110 peaks reach as high as 11,000 feet in altitude, including the celebrated Longs Peak, which boasts a height of 14,260 feet. The beautiful scenery in this area can be viewed by car or on foot. Trail Ridge Road is the most popular route among tourists and interestingly, it is North America's highest continuous paved roadway. If you are a wildlife enthusiast, you can also anticipate seeing a broad range of birds and animals in their natural habitat, as well as other unforgettable sites. On the way back we will stop by Stanley Hotel, famous for its inspiration of the book and movie “The Shining.

Destination: Bozeman.
For the Summer Tour which starts approximately 4/20 every year from Bozeman we will enter the park either thru the North or West entrance. We do our best to see most/all of the iconic spots of Yellowstone which include, Old Faithful, Yellowstone Lake, Hayden Valley, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, at least two geyser basins, Calcite Springs and Mammoth Hot Springs. We will stop for wildlife viewing and lunch(included). If you have any questions or concerns for the day please reach out thru the website or call.
